Most of our certificates and courses are available online, allowing you to fit your learning into your busy schedule. Designed for maximum flexibility, our 5- to 10-week courses have no admissions requirements.

You will also receive a 10% discount on all future NYU SPS continuing education courses if you declare candidacy for a continuing education certificate program.

Whether you have a general interest in the subject matter or are considering a career shift, this carefully designed sequence of four required courses will give you a solid foundation in preservation policy and practice and will introduce you to the full range of tools currently applied in New York City and beyond.
